We are a team that, with passion and expertise, brings a single grape variety to life in all its diversity: Riesling.
From the Palatinate, we produce wines that impress the world – dry, off-dry, or richly sweet – always with the same commitment to quality, whether they are estate wines or top-tier vintages.
Riesling for Every Taste
For us, Riesling is not a niche but an entire universe. We craft wines from high-quality Riesling grapes grown in the Palatinate and tailor our wines so that there’s something for every individual taste, from crisp, dry Rieslings to off-dry cuvées to expressive, sweeter styles.
In doing so, we consciously focus on both worlds: the accessible, honest estate wine as well as the high-quality, concentrated premium wine. In our view, both deserve the same level of care.
Listening Instead of Dictating
Our greatest strength lies in our work with the vines themselves. We don’t treat our vines according to a set formula, but rather focus on what they truly need at any given moment – a crucial difference, especially in times of climate change.
This begins with soil cultivation, which we apply specifically when it actually benefits the vineyard. And it’s particularly evident in situations like the current one: When facing drought stress and heat, the vineyards need one thing above all else – rest. Instead of creating additional stress, we consciously give our vines space and time to recover during such phases.
This care continues in the cellar. We work without additives and allow our wines to ferment spontaneously for the most part.
This requires patience and experience, but it yields Rieslings with exceptional flavor intensity and depth – wines that authentically reflect the fruit and origin of their grapes.

Four Times Gold in Berlin
A remarkable success at the Berlin Wine Trophy 2026: four of our 2025 vintage wines were awarded the prestigious Berliner Gold medal by an international jury of wine experts.
The award-winning wines are Schick und Schön Riesling trocken, No 9 Riesling, Grauer Burgunder and Blanc de Noir Exklusiv.
For us, these four gold medals are a wonderful confirmation of the passion, care and individuality that go into our work – from the vineyard to the finished wine.
